Make-Up Class Policy

At BigStar Circus, we understand that children may occasionally be unable to attend their regular class due to illness, family commitments, or other reasons.

While we cannot guarantee make-up classes, we will always do our best to accommodate when possible.

1. General Conditions

• Fees secure your child’s place in a specific class each week for the term.

• We are unable to provide refunds or credits for missed classes.

• Make-up classes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

2. Eligibility for a Make-Up Class

• You must notify us before the start of the class if your child will be absent at least 3 to 24 hours prior to class start time.

• Make-up classes can only be taken in the same term as the missed class.

• A maximum of two make-up classes per term is allowed per student.

3. Booking a Make-Up Class

• Make-ups must be pre-booked through our office (phone, email).

• Make-ups can be booked into any suitable class for your child’s age and skill level, provided there is space.

• If no suitable spots are available, the make-up will not be able to be offered.

4. Important Notes

• Make-up classes cannot be carried over to the next term.

• No-shows for a booked make-up class will result in forfeiting that make-up.

• Special events, workshops, and holiday programs are not eligible as make-up classes.

We appreciate your understanding, as make-up classes depend on class capacity, staffing, and safety considerations.
